As a co-founder of Property Pro, she focuses on product development, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. Marina previously co-founded Soter, a caregiving recruitment platform, where she played a key role in expanding its reach across the U.S. Marina has also spearheaded major digital initiatives in the energy and precious stones sectors, unlocking significant revenue streams and streamlining operations.

Previously, Eric co-founded Soter, a caregiving recruitment platform, and Thumos, a data-driven marketing agency. Both ventures demonstrated his ability to conceptualize, build, and scale innovative solutions that address critical market needs, leaving lasting legacies in their respective industries.

Heard Galis

Seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of expertise in banking, insurance and real estate. A former commercial lender with Synovus, he acquired a property and casualty insurance agency in 2017, doubling its size and expanding its reach across the Southeastern U.S. and beyond. His real estate ventures in the Southeast and the Bahamas inspired Property Pro. While focusing on the duty that lies nearest, Heard is also deeply involved in community organizations. Involvement has included The Gathering Place (a local non-profit ministry), College of Coastal Georgia Foundation Board, United Way and the St. Simons Land Trust Finance Committee.

He has successfully built and sold 18 dental and orthodontic practices and holds a seasoned real estate portfolio across 8 states and 3 countries. Currently, Dee is developing real estate in Abaco, Bahamas, and expanding the Iconic Restaurant Group. He is also the author of the Roadmap to Wealth series, with Roadmap for Life available on Amazon.
